Tough Guys- Martial Arts Ministry Fridays 7-9pm
ToughGuys is a close combat martial art ministry combining three different styles: Sentou Karate (Philippines), Jujitsu (Japan / Brazil ), and TaeKwonDo (Korea).
We train men and women of all ages every Friday night from 7-9pm. Training is free.

What is it: It's CrossFit, but for HCA teachers and our CrossPointe congregation.
Who is leading it: Our own Brett Kime (CrossPointe/HCA Facilities Director) is a certified level 1 CrossFit instructor and will lead this fun, fast-paced community-focused training program.
